supposedly I need windows installer 3.0 to install .net fix something to install poker grapher.

Does anyone know where I could find a d/l of "Windows Installer 3.0 Redistributable" that isn't from the microsoft site? As you have to validate your version of windows being genuine before you can d/l, and mine is not.
