yeah. I was playing a tourney and 2 cash games when it crashed. Their stupid servers crash about 500 times more than the Party servers.

I hope I get a refund, too. I've had times where they did issue a refund and times where they didn't, so who knows.

There servers are just getting back up now.

I was in a $5 MTT with about 8k in chips, by the time I got back in I was ~6k. Not that it mattered because I got involved in 3 hands where I was either WAY behind or WAY ahead and lost.

I was playing in two different tournaments at the time, and my buyins for both have been refunded after some email correspondence. UB definitely has better customer service than many of the other sites.
