Default Can I call this maniac\'s allin?

Party Poker (9 handed) converter

Preflop: ZootMurph is UTG with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
5 folds.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB folds.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, ZootMurph checks, UTG+1 checks.

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, SB folds.

Final Pot:

OK, the converter doesn't seem to be picking up bets and raises properly, so here's the gist:

Villain has been raising every hand preflop, and has shown down all kinds of crap. I limp UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain, on my left, raises to $1 (standard). Blinds call and I call. 4 to the flop, $4 pot. Flop is 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB bets $1 into a $4 pot. I call hoping Villain will raise then I can push allin after the blinds fold out. Villain raises, SB calls, BB folds... I put SB on flush draw and I don't want to push him out, so I call. Turn is 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Check around. I thought Villain would bet then I was going to come over the top allin. River is 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], no flush, but a 9 makes a straight. SB checks, I bet $5 into the $15 pot, Villain thinks a long time, then pushes his last $20. SB folds. Even maniacs get hands or hit lucky running cards ocassionally. Can I call this bet?
