Good God, man. I read this article like ten years ago. Do we need another Ayn Rand thread? I'm game!

Having never read Rand it seemed like a straightfoward, well written article.

P.S. The article is B.S. The guy is an outsider looking in and is missing the point of it all. Yeah, the mass Objectivist movement is bogus, but so is most human form of organization or government. I don't claim to ever have been an Objectivist "insider". I don't even claim to agree with Objectivism much at all. But, this guy plainly doesn't get it. The main point I have in response to the article is this: Logic is perfect, human intellect is NOT

LOL! Did you read the article? The guy is an objectivist himself, and he does get objectivism. Thus, he would agree with your "response". If you do read it, you'll get that. Read it, I think you will enjoy it.

Good for you, but I think most people here haven't read it. I saw an Rand thread here a while ago and thought that people would enjoy the article.

I'm sorry you didn't like it. This is more "funny haha", also Rand related:

That was the longest thing I've seen since Atlas Shrugged. Anyone got the Cliff Notes?
