If he has AA or AJ, I don't see him slowing down on the flop...and then raising the turn. Perhaps he has AK, but that would mean he puts you exactly on QQ in order to raise the turn, as he certainly can't beat anything else with AK.

Like I said, against a good player, it sure seems like you are up against KK, which means your flush draw isn't any good even if you hit it, let alone a pair of aces or queens.
