I'm certainly under pressure to play well with some of the comments in this thread. Any compliment coming from Rory means a lot since I'd happily trade our poker games any day of the week.

15 or 50? That's just pathetic. So many people want to be in this and then don't pay up promptly? Perhaps each captain should email each team member - or you could email each captain with which of their team members have not paid and the captain could send an email.

How long do we wait for all to pay and what happens if one or more don't within a reasonable time?
