I raise the flop, hoping to get a free card on the turn (even though the turn was checked around) thus saving you money if you miss the gutshot on the turn. This way you can get to the river as cheap as possible.
In this situation no one bet the turn which is odd. Either someone flopped the nuts and is severly slow playing or no one likes their hand. I feel an A or two pair is betting out on the turn. I think a river call is in order even though its scary. A lot of times you might be against JQ, Q10. I'm calling the river here, even though you could be beat.
