Mavis Beacon Typing Teacher
Buy this program. It has very good advice when you are starting out and even has a side program that runs in the background that reminds you to stretch or do certain eye excercises. I got it for the kids but learned a few things from it myself even though I still can't touch type, but that's my fault for not sticking with it.
