Turn semi-bluff w/ an all-in
opponent had been loose preflop in the 40 hands or so, hadn't seemed too aggro preflop. Is a turn raise here valid or spewing?

I like the raise. If he had a real hand he would probably check raise you. Even if you are behind you have a lot of outs to suck out.
