I assume he had a fake ID to get in. What would have been awesome is if after the hand he got arrested for possession of forged documents.

I don't have a fake ID, and I've only gotten carded once (the one time my table hit the bad beat jackpot at commerce) out of the numerous times I've been to casinos since I was 16. When my table hit the jackpot I calmly said I didn't have an ID and they gave me a receipt to claim the money once I turned 21, and I just took the receipt and cashed out my chips and left.

Do you plan to cash out the receipt when you turn 21 too?

That would be pretty badass.

He thinks I am a young gun like him and makes friendly chatter with me often during the game. I just indulge him mostly.

Good lord you are a tool.

You should write a book with all of your greatest hands and deepest theoretical musings in one Young Gun collection.

Best. Young. Gun. Story. Ever.

your powers of divination are truly mind-boggling.

at least you indulged the guy in a little bit of your precious chatter before bluffing him off his terribly played hand.

maybe that is what wooed him into a fold. against a lot of opponents you would simply have them jump out of their seat and get their chips in, saying "just get caught overplaying Aces or Kings Pee-wee?"

I'd like to hear the story of how you grabbed the Jackpot chips and ran out of the casino.
