No need to raise preflop. After you did. I bet about 1/2-3/4 of the pot on the flop and shutdown if I don't take it there.

I would fold. He either has KQ or two spades IMO, maybe 33? I don't think you're ahead often enough to make this call.
I hate hate hate HATE HATE TT out of position. That's why I just complete preflop. |

complete PF check/fold - check/call - check/raise, dependant upon flop action (or lack there of) i'm not bleeding too many this early with a slightly-better-than-marginal PP out of position. |
