Jackpot Tables at Party

I remember some time ago a discussion about +EV being reached when Party's bad beat jackpot reached a certain level. Just trying to figure out when it's profitable to jump to the jackpot tables when I multitable(4) $2/$4. I can't find it in a search. Anyone remember it and/or have any current thoughts, or direct me to the previous thread? Thanks.
