Good chance that she's got a boyfriend...how many incredibly hot girls do you know that don't?
A few posters have hit on the best play. Be confident, witty, relaxed, and just talk to her. Her attitude and personality matter greatly in what kind of things you can say, and what reactions you'll get. Telling her to stop by where you're going to be post-exam is easily better than asking if she wants to do something. Depending on what time it is and your habits it could be a bar for a drink, a casual place for lunch, grabbing coffee, etc. By saying "I'm grabbing lunch at X afterwards. You should stop by." you're appearing somewhat indifferent to her plans, not needy or asking for something. Good luck and post a report.

Talk to her before the final. Ask her about the test, if she's ready, etc. Basic bs. Try to get her to smile/laugh a few times.
Then pop the "hey would you want to grab some lunch sometime?" or something equally innocent. GL LDT
