I lost the kitties in the custody fight, several Utah county animal control officers were called to testify. I didn't think it was in my best interests to press the matter. Two of the cats immediately had TRO's filed.

Perhaps at the higher limits MS and yourself (??) are playing that may be true. It seemed to me that 2+2 was pretty much "on the fence" regarding the use of these tools.

[/ QUOTE ] No, 2+2 has never been "On The Fence" regarding PokerTracker specifically. But, anyway, I will point out that PokerTracker itself is nto a banned product, but if you use it while you play or have the client open, it could be based on what I've read. PokerEdge is clearly banned and I would think PlayerView and GameTime+ should be since they are only useful if you are using them while playing.

I will take tougher games at a slightly lower limit for a much lower earn if it means there is no danger to my BR. My big fat bankroll has protected me when times have been tough and I plan to protect it now in it's time of need.
