First things first, find a new table. It is too tight.
Second, it is a tight table, so I don't think you are going to get the number of players needed (on average) to play this hand. Fold pre-flop.
But, since you played the hand....
I would 3 bet here, you have a gutshot and a flush draw and a different backdoor straight draw. Pump that thing.

if this table is too tight, then i'm playing at the wrong place as UB is ALWAYS like this. i'm lucky if i EVER have 3 people to a flop [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] ....stupid impossible bonus [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

when I play, i try to get tables that have over 30 vpip, when it gets less than that, i get out. This normally isn't that big a deal on any site, except for Poker Stars. However, I haven't played on UB yet.

There are plenty of profitable tables with < 30 VPIP. When it starts to get in that range, though, you have to check your relative position. If you have the one loose chump to your right and tighties to your left, you can continue profitably. Just know thine opponent when you're getting into a hand.
