Default \"Live Cards\"

What exactly does this mean? I did a search, but didn't find a definition. I was playing at a bar tournament last night, and one of the "professionals" kept calling all-ins with garbage, claiming he had to because he had "live cards".

Default Re: \"Live Cards\"

Cards that his opponent did not have. Example, Hero has QJ vs Villian's AK. The QJ and live. If Hero had KQ, his K would be dead....
