the fact that you're now thinking about this almost worthless information and it's distrating you from more productive things tells me it's probably best to leave chat off. I get berated a lot too, mainly for isolating with hands like 97s, and it makes me value bet more and bluff less. in reality, I don't think they're necessarily making any adjustments, so any adjustments off my normal game I make are probably bad.

they're just pissed and it's a way of venting.

There's a reason all sites have a disable chat button. As soon as I hear somebody berate someone, I disable there chat.
