table size on screen?
I know this is probably a dumb question but I can not figure out how to make it so my party poker tables will not take up the whole screen. Makes multi tabling very very difficult for me. I would love it if they only took up 1/4 of my monitor.
Thank you Ken |

Re: table size on screen?
Click on "Start" in the lower left corner...
Go to "Settings"... Then "Control Panel"... Then click on the "Display" icon... Click the "Settings" tab... Then there should be a little slider under "Desktop Area". You may be at 800/600 or 1024/768. Run it up. If you can get to 1600/1200 then you'll fit in four tables with no overlap. |

Re: table size on screen?
You need to change the resolution for your monitor. Depending on what your monitor supports, you will be able to fit up to 4 without any overlap. If one table is taking up most of your screen, you are probably running at 800x600 and will just need to change your resolution.
To change resolution, alt-click desktop, properties, setting, screen resolution. |

Re: table size on screen?
When you go to the display settings....you will be able to see what the max resolution is by moving the slide bar to the far right. Most monitors will support at least 1280x1024 (CRT) and 1024x768 (LCD). Most all 17" & 19" LCD with DVI will support 1280x1024. If you want to fit 4 tables without any overlap, you will need to run 1600x1200 and for LCD, only 20" and higher will support that.

Re: table size on screen?
About a year ago I picked up an IBM G76...17" CRT monitor. It actually does 1600x1200. I got it refurbished for CDN$100.
