Yea man I dunno what the hell is up with this. I'm beating the .25/.50 pretty good but I move up to the .5/1, play 127 hands and lose $10/hr for two hours...% showdowns won: 17%.
It's pissing me off.

Against a LAG, I'd probably cap the turn and river. Especially the river. He may have been going nuts on the turn with a hand like KTs (if that's in his raising standards), but the river gives you a better two pair.

You're behind to a set, but I'm not worried.

You have AK. You made two pair. You bet it, you raised it. MP might have a set or a straight, so you called the three bet. What do you need help with? What exactly is your question?
