What are the rules for counting hands that are not in PT? Periodically my internet will cut out for 5 seconds, and when it does I lose a hand history for every hand that is in play during the break in service. As a result, I probably lose about 10 hands/hr or so in my PT database. I really have no idea what this number is, but are they able to count in any way?

The only way I could think of to calculate this would be to go by net results. PT has my net earnings for the month at 94.5% of my real earn.

So do I get to count any of these hands, or do we only count non-PT hands from sites that don't support PT, what's the rule here?
