I'm at Paradise right now and want to move somewhere else to play .5/1 and 1/2 limit ring. What do you think of BoDog? Is it better than Party? What is the bonus?

Is the NL softer than the limit? Can you get hand histories?

Bodog does not offer hand histories by email and is not PT compatible. The NL is very very soft. The limit games are non existent for the most part. Though there have been 3 2/4 games going most nights now. The bonus is unlimited 20%. Must clear 3x the bonus amount in points. You get points for time played, rake when you contribute to the pot, and tourneys (double rakeback basically).

Is it really a good site to play on? I'm looking for somewhere else to play some .50/1.00 while I wait for my party skins to offer more reloads. Do the bonuses clear easy??

Bodog won't be good for 50c/$1 limit players. the bonus is based on contributed raked hands where 1 player point = $1 rake ($20+ pot). at the level you play, on average you'll probably be earning about 2 cents in bonus per hand vs. 10-20c on party skins. on top of that, LHE traffic is pretty low on bodog during off-peak hours, and even at night you'll likely see no more than 2-3 tables open at each fixed limit.

some good bonus sites for 50c/$1 besides party would be:
Paradise
Absolute
Bet365
Poker Rewards

Thanks! I'm going to probably grind out some cash on absolute for a few days. It takes an eternity to make bonuses on those TAG games

The NL is extremely soft and I found the bonus to be easy to clear at $1/$2NL. Having any part of my roll, however, at a site with a sportsbook is -EV for me. Too tempting.

Yep, this is why I stopped playing there. For all the money I won in poker, I kept giving it back betting on sports.

no, but the bonus is bottomless anyway so you don't need it.
