Does BB mean Big Blinds or Big Bets? In a 1/2 game is BB 1 or 2?

BB means Big Blind, in a 1-2 game the Big Blind is the bet on the first round, so 1
in a 10-20, the BB would be 10
in a 3000-6000 the BB would be 3000.

Depends on whether it is limit or no limit. A 1/2 limit game has .5/1 blinds, the big bet is 2. A 1/2 no limit game has blinds 1/2 blinds.
