Default Did I lose money on these calls?

This was very close, I didn't have pot odds but after taking into account implied odds I think I could call the flop/turn to see the river. Sorry, didn't have any reads on the players. Tell me what you think:

PokerRoom 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, Hero raises, 5 folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG folds, Hero calls, SB folds.

Turn: (5 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

River: (7 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

Final Pot: 11 BB

On the flop, I counted 3 outs for my overcards and 1.5 for the backdoor straight draw so 4.5 outs total. The pot odds were pretty close but implied odds made the call possible (I think). However, after looking at the hand again I think I shoulda raised here to maybe get a free card on the turn.

On the turn, same thing. The bet is now a bigger fraction of the pot but I had more outs.

River, I think the raise was the best thing to do here..can't think of anything else.

PS. On the flop, I put the BB on a pair of Jacks just for the mere fact that having two 6's on the board reduced the chances of him having a 6. So, in other words, it was "easier" for him to have a jack than to have a 6.
What do you think?

If you put him on a pair of jacks it means you're drawing dead and should have folded.

I don't think i'd have raised this preflop or flop. Preflop is close though and it would depend on how i saw the table. Other than that i liked the way you played this. That flop however would have annoyed me so i imagine i would have only called.

If the table is tight, I'd just limp in with KQo in fairly early position, and start to raise it from middle. If the table is loose, the raise is fine.

I like the way you played the rest of the hand though.

(edited to clarify)

How was I drawing dead if he had a pair of jacks?

I think he meant a pair of jacks in his hand for a set of jacks. You weren't drawing dead anyways, because you could hit a backdoor straight.

Preflop is fine duder. I raise KQo from every position except sometimes SB and BB. You are getting 9-1 on flop. If would raise to knock out SB (he might have an ace) and get the free card. If BB had a six he will probably call/c/r the turn, which he will miss of course. If he 3-bets, and leads the turn I would fold UI. Turn call is ok, you have a gutshot now and two overs. Good river raise!

... which helps him against villain's full house how?

Fearing JJ is seeing monsters though. I think OP played it fine.
