Default Eurobet issues... HELP!

I created a eurobet account name of 4eurobet4. When i donwloaded the poker it wont let me login because it says the first character is a number not a letter, which in my case is not true. Eurobet's help sucks, so if any of you have a solutino that would be great.

Is this an alternative definition of the word 'true'?

So much for bugging customer service. Bonuswhores.com says:
Customer Support
Response time and quality are terrible.

I've had great support from Eurobet. Of all the Party skins I have played on, it has been the best. Give it a shot and see what they say.

Their email support sucks but I tried the "callback service" and they called me back within a halfhour on two occasions.

Actually Eurobet's customer service is pretty good, you just have to know how to work them. It requires a "multi pronged attack"

First I would suggest using the messenger feature from your web based login. Now, while you are waiting for a response from your message, use the call back request two or three times. There is about....oh I would say a 50 to 60% chance they will call you.

While this is all going on, you need to suck it up and make that international phone call to their customer service, cuz once you get someone they will figure out your problem. The numbers are confusing as hell to dial, but basically you need a 011 in front of them. I usually have to try four or five different combinations of the numbers plus 011 before I actually dial it right.

Hope this helps
