Should I have folded preflop? Should I have bet the turn? Was there anything I could have done?

Remove the word "Texas" from your HH when you paste it into the converter, and that will fix the problem.

Getting just over 11:1 preflop, you should be calling with any two, suited or not.

I would have led the flop, expecting the PFR to raise and at least make it only semi-correct for your opponents to call with a gutshot + overs. And you absolutely, postively have to lead the turn on such a draw-heavy board. I would also have led the river, judging whether or not to fold by how much action followed my lead.

You're either playing weak tight or you're overthinking things. Bet out on the flop, given that the preflop raise is immediately to your left. Lead the turn. Having the turn get checked around is a disaster. Bet the river, planning to call a raise (maybe).

93s is not even close to strong enough to call a raise with. I'd complete out of the small blind in a 1/2 structure, but that's about it. These would need to be a lot more connected before I called anything. 96s would qualify.

On the flop, the chance that UTG+1 is raising regardless of what you do is too high, you have to bet here and let him blow out the field.

By the time it's back to us, we're getting 14:1 so we're clearly not going anywhere. The rest of the hand plays itself.
