Default Overcalling or raising on the river?

My reads were,
SB:SLP-P,UTG1-LA-P,CO-rock.

I think overcalling would be better on this hand what do you guys think?

I like overcalls a bit more because of the flush card coming, most worse aces arent going to call 2 cold here.

I think Lurk is on the right track here:

1. I don't see any "promotion" value in a raise here. A six (which missed a river bet), a small flush, etc... are not folding here if you raise. So I don't see any better hands you drive out by raising.

2. I don't think you'll be ahead on average of any hand that cold-calls two on the river here.

3. Just calling may encourage worse aces or other such hands to call here.

4. Getting three-bet by a rivered flush would really suck. Getting put to a decision where you have to fold at this point would suck.

5. With the pot four-handed I think the overcalls make up for any value you might lose by not raising CO (who could well have a worse A).

I think this looks like a pretty standard overcall situation here.
