most likely beat, but I don't know that you're beat more than 18 out of 19 times. I call for two reasons
1) table image
2) SSHE has an entire chapter titled something like "do not fold for one bet on the river when the pot is big"

Would have played it the same way. On the river I call COs raise and expect to lose to a flush or an unexpected straight.

Better call it because the pot is so large. I expect you lose here almost every time though.

I would put him on Ac 10c or trips I would say you are in trouble. However could have a K 10 or something like that and is just trying to bluff you away from the pot. I would call not raise. Pot to big.
