do I bet here? I think I likely have the best hand, but don't think I'm called by anything I beat so it's not a value bet. then again, maybe I fold a 9 or an A, what do you think?

check the turn. With A high, I am checking behind on the river because he'll call ya if he's paired, otherwise your A high is going to win the pot.

If he's been calling with an ace he intends to still call IMO, especially since the board double-paired (since he could not have had a flush draw). Maybe he had AT or A7 but I think he will call with these as well. Your hand is right on the threshhold pretty much. All worse hands fold and all better hands call. I don't think you fold out an ace often enough to compensate for the times you lose that bet.

I'd raise preflop and probably check/raise the flop too.

Check.
What happens if you bet?
You bet and he folds.
If you bet and he raises, you'll have to fold.
If you bet and he calls he you're propably gonna split it since i dont think he's calling with anything less than an Ace.

The turn bet is very good. I like a river check.

I probably take the free showdown. You could potentially fold an A here, but I don't see a 9 letting this go after calling down this far.

I'd check/call the turn and maybe get a free card.

On the river, I'd probably check it to showdown unless I knew I had a read on UTG+1 as a very passive player who might fold to a bet.

I like the turn bet, and I think you have to take the free showdown. A 9 may fold, but in general, you will only be called by hands that beat you.

Check and consider a call if bet at (your check could have been read as weakness by your opponent) Bet only if this is the kind of player who complains and folds to a river bet when he decideds he's been outdrawn.
