Re: best dell laptop for multitabling
The 6000, 9300, XPS Gen 2 should all do you fine for 4-tabling. But you need to get the WUXGA screen.
The 6000 is the smallest and most "portable" of the bunch. I have a 6000 and I like it alot. A friend of mine has the 9300 it is sweet as well...but it is bigger. |

Re: best dell laptop for multitabling
How is the WUXGA different from the WSXGA? (dell quotes below)
15.4 inch UltraSharp WSXGA+ LCD Panel [add $125 or $4/month1] Dell Recommended 15.4 inch UltraSharp WUXGA LCD Panel [add $175 or $6/month1] |

Re: best dell laptop for multitabling
Never mind, I figured it out. You need WUXGA to get 1600*1200 resolution.
Is WUXGA only available on the widescreen laptops? It seems they won't let you select it with the 600m notebook. I really want something light and portable. |

Pretty sure you can only get that on the widescreen laptops.

Re: best dell laptop for multitabling
Well, are you aware of any other laptops that offer UXGA but are designed to be lightweight and compact as well?
(not necessarily dell, any company) |
