Often pushing UTG with your stack size will induce a call from a lower pair or hands like AJ as most people will assume you are just trying to make a move. Another option is betting about 2.5x the BB. I don't like just doubling it as that invites a lot of hands that can outdraw you into the action, yet pushing could force hands like 77 to fold preflop when you really want at least a little from hands that you dominate. You obviously push no matter what the flop brings as you are pot-committed. Limp-reraising is not an option as your stack size is just not big enough to force anyone out who might have called a small raise after you.

[/ QUOTE ] That's more than 1/2 his stack and smells even worse than a limp or mini-raise. POOOOOOSH and hope you get called, any thinking player has to open up your pushing range here, can't put you on the monster.
