It focuses on the final table of a NLHE tournament. It has two audio tracks - "beginner" and "advanced" ("advanced" is the default) and the very first thing he talks about is the Gap Concept, so you know it's not fluff.

On a lighter note, Bruce Campbell was in "Bubba Ho-Tep" with Ossie Davis, who was in "Do the Right Thing" with Samuel L. In one of phil's podcasts he said Barry gave him an advanced coopy of the book and he didn't seem very impressed. Can't remember exactly what he said, but it was along the lines that it wasn't very informative or innovative.
