Default flop: oesd, turn: set

PokerRoom 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) http://216.119.70.224/converter/hhconverter.pl

Preflop: eviljeff is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 raises, 2 folds, MP2 calls, 3 folds, eviljeff calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

no way I'm going to isolate at this point. I don't think 99 can be 3bet for value when I'm sb.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
eviljeff bets, BB raises, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls, eviljeff calls.

gotta bet this flop! jackass next to me raises. again, don't think I can 3bet for value.

Turn: (7.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
eviljeff checks, BB bets, MP2 calls, eviljeff ...

I think I raise this. We don't know that BB has a straight and MP2 is trapped. If 3-bet I call and hope for the board to pair and check/call if it does not.

Tough spot to be in. I just call the turn and hope the board pairs. I might have bet out on the turn and watched to see what happens. That could potentially save you a bet if you wanted to raise here instead of calling. If you raise here, you risk being 3-bet. If you bet out on the turn, and then get raised, you're only losing 2 bets. It's a tough hand to play without reads.
