Default Backdoor flush, raise or call?

Playing some live 1-3 poker at an Idian casino. I have been playing for 9 hours, so I have great reads on most people involved in the hands. I Have an extremly tight image, yet do not get a ton of respect preflop, just people assume I play only the best preflop starting hands. Villan in hand is a huge calling station and has paid off so many hands. At showdown i'd sday he's won 20% of time.

Anyways I limp with T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Villan is BB and raises to 10. I figure to call, becuase if I hit hard he will pay me off and I have position.

Flop comes 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] He looks to bet, then checks. I figure hes gonna think im bluffing, and besides he lvoes calling, so I make it 20. He calls. Great

60 in pot. Turn is 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Giving me trips and a backdoor flush. He checks, I bet 50, he quickly calls. Now I think he has an overpair and might be trapping me (in his mind) or maybe a flush draw, not sure, but he also might think Im bluffing and hes making a great A high calldown. I`d say the last is the most likely.

River comes Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] making me a backdoor flush.
Villan wakes up and bets 75 into 160 pot. I have 180 left. Call or push. Folding is also an option but I cant see that being correct.

You could be way ahead or way behind on that card. He may have something like AKs, QQ, but he could also have AQ, KQ, QJ if he's as much of a fish as you say he is.

You're getting a great price to call on this river at less than half the pot. I think folding here is a big mistake, but I don't think moving in is a good idea either - even if he is a donkey is he calling with anything that you have beat on this board?

Meaning, he never bets or he calls all the time but also bets occasionally?

Most calling station do just that. They call. They usually dont bet after calling you down unless they hit something. You said he could have an overpair and be trapping. If thats the case, he could very well have QQ. Or higher flush of course.

Im not pushing in here. Im not folding either. Im not real confident that you have the winner but you cant fold getting those odds.

I decided to call, since he only really bet when he makes some retarded hand on the river. I didnt fold outright because he check called some monsters (like trips with A kicker) so I figured he could even have AQ here.
I call, he flips over A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] for the nut flush.

I leave the game, amazed at the 5% chance he hit from the flop onward.

I find this very contradictory. But I like a call here. When calling stations come alive out of nowhere, you should be worried.
