LA is a non-punatitive damage state. actual damages are minimal.
LA is not NV. And the casino didn't do anything wrong. people who think situations like this are an opportunity for free money make me ill. and the reason insurance premiums are so high. -Scott

just some words of advice from someone who has been cracked in the head with a beer bottle. sue him, and get checked out. awhile after i got smacked in the eye my vision got slightly messed up and i never pursued it and wish i had. similar situation (but at a bar not poker game) some minor dsiagreement and a full 2 hours later as i was fumbling with my keys trying to get in my car he konked me. sick f had been waiting in the p-lot. gosh talk about being too sensitive.
