I wonder how mad your wife would be if she saw that you were posting on a poker forum asking for advice to get out of the family get-together. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

ps. Obviously as guys we dont want to go to something like this and would rather play poker and watch tv all day but you gotta go

Okay, okay. I'll go.

The thing starts at 5:00 and it's a 90 minute drive. I have to be at the ballpark for 7:00 a.m. Sunday. I'd like to stipulate that we get out of this cookout by, say, 9:00 at the latest. Reasonable?

It's not the first time and won't be the last. I just really, really, really don't want to go to this thing. Why not consult the OOT oracle?
