Default Semi bluff

I wonder what the right play is with a nut flush or open ended straight draw after the flop facing a raise against an agressor? Most of the time I just call counting the pot odds... I am just not brave enogh to semi bluff reraise or all in. I play the 50NL 6 max at party nowadays. Is it worth semi bluffing in general? Please help!!!

This tends to be a LIMIT Hold'em forum, try the Small Stakes Pot and No Limit forum and you may get better answers.
