Is Alcohol a Truth Serum?

I think sometimes it is but sometimes it leads me to be really friendly towards people who I don't actually give a [censored] about which I always regret when sober.

"Yeah we should see each other more. Let's meet up soon, right?"

Fortunately, by the time I get to this stage I usually have decided that I'm invincible and proceed to do any ridiculous dare that I am asked, like downing 2 pints of wine, and the next day I can't remember anything that was said.

In my experience I lie alot more when I'm drunk, convince people I'm some sort of rich astronaut and the like, chicks dig it.
