5/T Missed value bet?

I think a check behind on the river is ok here. If he was on a draw he either hit his draw or a bigger pair. A passive player will often just check and call with 9, T or J. Those cards are far more common than a 4 or 6 (even for a loose player). If he is bad enough that he will call down with A-high and K-high then you should bet the river, but most opponents are not THAT loose.

But then again I don't think I value bet enough on the river.

Yeah, as i implied in my post, i think i missed value.
I always, or obviously not always, but often bet these rivers against LP-Ps.
