Re: Which game requires you to \"play the player\" the most???
Any big-bet game requires your decisions to be informed by opponents' tendencies more than any limit game.

Re: Which game requires you to \"play the player\" the most???
NL Hold'em, but that is not on you list - based on the fact that you may be risking your entire table-stake on each decision.
For the limit games, the stud and omaha split games can be beaten most easily by learning how bad of a low your opponents will play, and whether they will play for just a high. This is certainly playing the player, but is routine after you have played with the same players a few times. In my experience, I have had more puting players on hands in Ohaha. It is my guess that this requires a stronger read on the player (given less information than stud) and I don't do this well in Omaha. Dogmeat [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] |

Re: Which game requires you to \"play the player\" the most???
Without reading the other posts, I voted for other and 5-Card Draw (Maybe 5-card lowball). You have the least amount of information (in terms of what is on the board) to go by in that game.

Re: Which game requires you to \"play the player\" the most???
After looking at the other posts, I have changed my mind to No-Limit 5-Card Draw (or 5-Card Lowball). Sounds like a scary game to me.

From my (very limited) experience, I'd say any heads up game.

Certainly a NL or PL game. My guess would be hold'em.
