I think IRC + some simple HH repository on the web somewhere (for full HH's) would be a good combo.

That seems like the general consensus. 20+ people now...I figure the easiest thing to do would be to pair people up and trade 2 HH once a week and get feedback...then 2 new HH and another person etc...

Something that needs to be addressed is the shared use of various tools that cost money.

I dont think we should have a group where 4-5 people have paid for Eastbay's tool, PT, etc. and basically share the tool with others. My biggest concern is Eastbay's tool, as he has already contributed more to our win rates that he ever needed to. I would suggest that we all aggree to purchase the tool before we start.

I have created my own tool, which does similar calculations, but I know I will be using Eastbay's tool through other players, so I am willing to pay the piper.
