... does looking at a bright light (particularly, the sun) help you?

Yeah, looking at the sun does it for me. It also worked for my dad but not my three brothers or my mom, and i don't know many others that this works for.
I always wondered the science behind this, anyone know? |

i can make myself sneeze by looking at bright light even though i dont even HAVE to sneeze

I always sneeze when I walk outside and it's sunny. One method that works for me (only use it when i'm alone lol) is saying fishy fishy fishy over and over again when I have to sneeze... It always makes the need to sneeze stop.
