I got the GET15 bonus last month. I only play there when I play a bonus and the time between the two bonuses was a little over a month. I think you have to be away for a dececnt amount of time in order to get that. That was my first account specific bonus Ive ever got too.

I didn't get an email and still got the bonus when depositing just now (10x hands and 30 days to clear). Sweet!

I deposited and it said it went through, but then it didn't show up in my cashier window and it says "elapsed" in my bonus account info, anyone know why this might have happened?

[/ QUOTE ] The exact same thing happened to me actually. I even got an email saying that "$100 has been added to my bonus account, blah blah blah." So I emailed Empire asking why it wasn't it my bonus account and asked if they could add it there because there "must have been a mistake." Their response was that I withdrew funds the day before depositing. Therefore, under their new rules, the bonus is invalid. We apologize for the inconvenience, blah blah blah. What BS. Should I even bother replying back to them to try to sway them? Waste of time? |
