she told me they are only making $5.15/hr (min wage) and for the WSOP they have to work the whole day yet will only get paid for 10 hours, yup, 10 hours no matter how long they worked,

[/ QUOTE ]

Well, that sucks, of course. However...

plus no tips, plus being [censored] on by players.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hold on here. Had I won a satellite, I would have tipped. At one table we pretty much agreed that any deals would include the dealer getting the cash. I say "pretty much" because that was the intention - I just wasn't there when the deal was made. Players who win satellites tip - not all do, but many do.

I played in the media/celebrity/charity tournament the day before the main event. They were breaking in new dealers in that event. Some of these people were very fresh and were then tossed into the deep end in the main event. I gotta have some sympathy for them.

Regards,

T

Almost all people who are employed do the same tasks repeatedly over and over again.

[/ QUOTE ]

And 100% of people that I know who are employed bitch about their job. I'm sure you bitch about your job.

You're probably the same kind of perosn who treats a waiter like trash, and gives dealers a bunch of crap during their down. You're "that" customer, that all employees hate because of how you treat people.

I am going with 16 years old. Old enough to have a job and think that he works harder than anyone alive.

Nope, I tip waiters and waitresses very well.. (Side note:.. Damn, I must be one lucky 16 year old to have gotten through 3 AC casinos this weekend without getting carded.. and I must have been quite the young stud in Jr High with my toddler daughter.)

No, I don't bitch about my job at all.. The people around me who I work with bitch about it, I just want to turn around and start punching them in the face.

People who bitch about working just need to drop dead.
