This is my first cashout from Eurobet so maybe this is normal for them, but it just showed up in NETeller as declined.
I called NETeller they said it didn't say why it was declined and so it was probably from the merchant's side, and they gave me the transaction code. So I tried to call the number listed on Eurobet's site, but got some AT&T crap. So I just e-mailed them instead. The declined money is not in my NETeller account (obviously), nor is it in my Eurobet account. The withdrawal is still showing up as "Requested" on the Eurobet cashier page. While I'm waiting I thought I'd check with people who have cashed out from Eurobet before. Thanks |

I got a decline once for an $800 cashout. They resent it like a day later or something and it went through. No idea why the first transaction was declined.

Interesting, the same thing happened to me today. I cashed out last night and woke up to it declined at Neteller but still requested on Eurobet's withdrawl history. Neteller told me the same thing, declined by the merchant. I sent a couple of emails off, I guess we'll see what happens. Let me know if you get it resolved and what they say.

my eurobet cashout from yesterday hasn't came through yet either. eurobet customer service said there was a "transmission error" and that it would come tomorrow. i guess ill have to wait another day to hit up the party reload...

I've had it happen a lot in the past. They'll try every day until it goes through. I think they do a poor job of keeping enough money in their Neteller Merchant account, so that's probably it.
I've gotten my money within 3 days every single time. Never lost money. ~D |

This happens from time to time at Coral. Don't worry. I cash out from Euro on a regular basis, and have had no problems, but have had a few delayed by a day or three.
That's the price I pay for playing at a skin that isn't Party's B*tch. |
