Default Teoretical question about AK.

Hi.
May be its a stupid question, but I dont know how to calculate it my self, thats why i ask this.
AKo and AKs. Does AKs is stronger pre flop? Do I must rate it higher than AKo? How higher?

Thank you.

Default Re: Teoretical question about AK.

In NL and PL its a much better hand. AKo usually makes top pair (if it makes anything), and thats ok to win small/medium pots, but if you go to the felt with it you are often beat.

AKs has the extra delights of a nut-flush making hand. Thus you can play in many more big pots with it (think top pair + nut flush draw, or nut-flush draw and two overs).
