Default AQ play

Id like ur response to this play, I feel it was the right move, I'm normally pretty tight, but like to get aggressive in large pots when I feel I have the best hand.

Hero is MP with AQ(off) makes it 3X raise @$50NL on prima, Villain calls on button, he is the kind of player who likes to make plays on players in raised pots and bet or raise on draws. flop is AcKs6s. Hero bets 6x ($3 into 3.75 pot) Villain min raises. Hero reraises twice min making it a $6 raise to $12 total thinking villain is making a play. Villain calls. Turn is 2c, Hero pushes feeling villain is on a draw and does not have a set or AK thinkin villain would have pushed on flop. Is there anything different I should have done on flop, or is it possible that I could fold this hand?
