If paradise had a better bonus setup I would probably play on it more. Have it all released at once. How many players they average, 8,000?

Paradise was my favourite site. I still like it but my principal issue now is the lack of hard drive HHs. They need to start making some effort.

I usually don't play at paradise unless there's a bonus for a few reasons:

I could be playing at a different site with rakeback/a bonus

The slowroll thing when you show down hands is annoying but doesn't bother me too much, definitely a con though, just for the fact you get less hands in

The games are fine, just not as loose as others

I enjoy playing there with a bonus, but don't play there otherwise. Actually I never play anywhere without a bonus/rakeback so wudeva.

Edit: Forgot to mention you have to request hand histories by email, and GT+ is not efficient to run.

I agree with many arguments against Paradise in this post but this one seems to be strange.
Main reason I play at Paradise is graphics and sounds. In my opinion its the only site with pleasant colours, and the only one when I feel like actually "playing". Stars would be close to this but theit yellow-green layout is annoying in my opinion + there is "crowd" at the table.
UltimateBet has nice graphics but its ultimate rock-garden unfortunately.

Best wishes

I enjoy playing at paradise, however the lack of the "unmentionable", tough PT compatibility, almost zero
promotion by the site to draw fish leads me elsewhere most of the time. It seems they are comfortable with where their
at, with 8-10 thousand players, also there are very rarely any kind of bonuses. They just aren't trying to win my business

I started chasing bonuses about 2 months ago, Paradise was on my list. I found the software painfully slow. Also, when keeping notes, there is no graphical indication a note has been filed on a player.

No rakeback is probably the most important thing. Also automating hand history collection dos'nt work any more. I still play a fair number of tournaments there.

Paradise is like going back to the small town where you grew up and feeling sad because nothing is being kept up.

Paradise was my first site and I loved it. But the new owners are milking it and not investing in improvements. The competition has passed them by. Their once famous software is now buggy and slow compared to Party and others.

BTW, it's true that you can't get rakeback, but that is partially compensated by a lower rake schedule.
