No limit has alot more betting to protect your hand from draws. Since you can choose what to bet you can bet an amount that gives your opponent IMPRORER odds to chase.

Basically they can either fold and you win or they can chase with bad odds and you win (in the long term).

Quite often in limit hold'em it's impossible (or very difficult) to manage the pot odds.

Conversly you play MANY more drawing hands in limit. Since you know the odds won't get away from you, you play alot more suited connectors and low pairs in limit. (Limit has alot more people in pre-flop).

In No Limit you can bluff and put a guy on a decision for all his chips.

In limit little babies can only bet a dollar and be lame.

i dissagree with this. While this may be the case in some situations, it is not usually the case.

in NL you have much higher implied odds, esp in a deep stack game. dependiong on the game and your style, you may want to play more suited conectors in NL.

This holds esp true for low pocket pairs. In some limit games it is correct to fold 55 and lower in an early position. In NL these hands have the biggest potential next to plain old big hands. limping UTG w/ 22 is nearly always correct in mid-deep stack NL games because of the massive implied odds you have for when you flop a set.

In NL, bets are larger in relation to the pot. Bets represent more strength, as do calls. You should make fewer bets and fewer raises in NL. Making a substantial bet on every street represents more strength than one pair in NL, so when the stacks are deep, it matters if your hand tends to make better hands than one pair. You should bluff more frequently in NL relative to the times you bet for value.

Implied odds are much more important in NL because bets on later streets can be much larger. You can call a substantial bet with a gutshot if there is a good chance your opponent will pay you off enough when it hits. Position greatly improves your implied odds, so position is more important in NL.

Defending your blinds is very different in NL. When you are out of position and the raise is much larger than in limit and represents more strength, you need a much better hand to defend the big blind. Since you don't have to worry about the blinds correctly entering the pot very frequently, and you don't want to reopen the betting, cold-calling preflop is much more commonly correct in NL. Reraises represent a lot of strength.
