Yeah, I think this is fine. You're probably beat, and even if you aren't, your hand is most likely not a favorite over Button's, at this point.
Of course, the pot's not empty, and if you knew Button just had K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and SB didn't have you beat, you'd want to continue. I'm tempted to call the flop raise for this reason and then see if Button decides to take a free card on a turn blank (and also see if I spike a set, though catching the 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] wouldn't cheer me up that much). I don't really expect him to take a free card, though. And if SB has an ace instead of a club, well, that's unfortunate too. With a read that Button is a LAG, I'd be more inclined to get stubborn. |
