Does playing NL online drain you ?

I find that it drains me, mentally. I find that I need frequent breaks to play at my best. Anyone else ?

Not at all. But I smoke and only do so outdoors so I take tons of breaks.

I do take a break usually every 45 min-1hr for about 5-10 minutes, unless the game is real juicy and I don't want to miss out; even then I sometimes take a break and hope it's still going strong when I get back.
